Nalco's social service
KORAPUT: Nalco has taken up with the district administration of Koraput the implementation of eighteen spring- based water projects and upgradation of seven roads in mines periphery villages of Nalco at Damanjodi.
P.K. Mohapatra, Executive Director (M&R), Nalco, while sharing this at a meeting at Damanjodi said that as a part of the CSR activities, the company had already organised more than 200 mobile health camps and treated over 18,000 patients. Medicines were distributed free of cost.
The company spent more than Rs. 36 crores on the development of Koraput district so far, he added.
