Fair deal sought

KORAPUT: Lack of adequate number of ICDS supervisors in Koraput district forces the existing supervisors to cover more than 60 anganwadi centres in a month against the scheduled 20 visits. Demanding immediate filling of the posts, the members of Koraput district branch of All Orissa ICDS Supervisors’ Association urged the district administration to launch special scheme to cover additional anagnwadi centres so as to provide qualitative service to the families at the grassroots.
Shakuntala Majhi, District Social Welfare Officer, and others attended the convention of the association.
