Tyagis remembered
KORAPUT: Freedom fighters who had sacrificed their lives near Papadahandi in Nowrangpur district on August 24, 1942, were remembered at the Martyrs Memorial in Papadahandi on Monday. Minister of State for Science and Technology Ramesh Chandra Majhi joined two MLAs and officials in offering floral tributes. Statues of 24 famous personalities of the country were unveiled on the occasion.
