Four naxals nabbed
BERHAMPUR: Four hardcore naxals were nabbed from Gudari block in Rayagada district during combing operation on Saturday. According to police sources, the arrested persons included Dhrubula Kutruka of Tembaguda village, Buffe of Bhitarpur village, Muna of Madhukupuda village and Gopal Pidikaka of Katiguda village. Police seized detonators, gelatin sticks, batteries used for landmine blasts and Maoist posters from Gopal. Dhrubula was alleged to be involved in the Dhepaguda landmine blast in 2007. Buffe was an accused in the J.Gagaranga murder of 2006. Muna was involved in the murder of Gopi Lima in the district this year. Apart from these several other cases of violence were also pending against them.
