Pattas distributed
KORAPUT: Agricultural land pattas were distributed among 111 beneficiaries from Litiguda, Podeiguda, Paraja Mundar and Kendar villages in the tahsildar’s office at Koraput on Friday. In addition to this, 51 beneficiaries from Putkerenga village were also given rights on the produce received from selective cashew plants in the village.
The beneficiaries can now enjoy the fruits from at least 20 cashew plants each for their lifetime, said tahsildar Subash Chandra Raita.
Gadadhar Parida, district Collector and Raghuram Pada, MLA, Koraput, were also present during the distribution of pattas.
